Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – Mt. Juliet Police is currently on-scene of a barricade person situation on Newberry Lane in the Chandler Pointe neighborhood. Around 10:15 a.m. this morning, the Mt. Juliet Emergency Communications Center received a call regarding a male subject threatening to harm himself. The subject has barricaded himself inside the home.
There is currently no one in the home with the subject, and adjacent neighbors have been asked to leave their home as a safety precaution, which includes 8 homes.
Newberry Lane is currently closed while this situation is resolved.
