Mt. Juliet Police Issues SILVER ALERT for Missing 76-year-old Male with Health Disability

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – The Mt. Juliet Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 76-year-old man. James R. Laster, Sr. left his home around 7:30 a.m. this morning, and he has not returned. It is very unusual for Mr. Laster to be away from home in this manner, and he is believed to be in danger because of a health and mental disability.

Mr. Laster is a 76-year-old white male, 5’8” tall, weighs 206 lbs, has hazel eyes, and is bald with some gray hair. He left his residence in a 2001 Red Chevrolet Silverado truck, bearing Tennessee Plate 620MLP. He is known to frequent flea markets and Goodwill stores in the Nashville area.
