Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – The Mt. Juliet Police Department has cancelled a Silver Alert for a missing 76-year-old man. Moments after an initial alert was issued, James R. Laster, Sr. was located by a family member in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. He left his home around 7:30 a.m. this morning and did not return, which concerned the family.
