Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – Mt. Juliet Police is currently on-scene of a barricade person situation on Edinburg Street in the Hickory Hills neighborhood. Around 4:30 a.m. this morning, the Mt. Juliet Emergency Communications Center received a call regarding subjects yelling in the street. The initial investigation revealed a female subject was threatening to harm herself and is barricaded inside the home.
There is currently no one in the home with the subject, and adjacent neighbors are aware of the situation as a safety precaution.
Area streets are currently closed while this situation is resolved. Officers are directing traffic around the incident.
