Forgotten Purse Stolen inside Theater, Victim’s Credit Card Used in Hermitage

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – After a female victim forgot her purse in Providence 14 Theater, it was obvious that someone stole it and used her credit card after she noticed fraudulent charges. On Sunday, October 19, 2014, the victim came to Mt. Juliet Police Headquarters to report that her purse was stolen the previous day.

That evening, the thieves used a credit card to purchase over $500.00 from Walmart’s online store. The thieves also went to the Burke’s Outlet in Hermitage and made a purchase over $500.00 in merchandise.

Luckily, surveillance video captured two suspects on camera, and the images clearly show them using the card. Investigators are hoping someone from the community will recognize them.
