Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – A man is in custody for multiple child sexual exploitation offenses after detectives received a cyber-tip that someone was uploading child pornography to Instagram. In December of 2014, detectives launched an aggressive investigation after they were notified that someone was uploading child pornography to the internet from an address in the 200 block of Whitnell Drive in Mt. Juliet.
Further investigation allowed detectives to locate the home where the child pornography was being uploaded from. A search warrant was obtained and executed at the home, where detectives were able to identify the suspect, Dustin Locke, 34, of Mt. Juliet. Detectives have identified the victim and are confident that there are no other victims.
Locke was recently indicted by a grand jury for 10 counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Wilson County Jail on March 18, 2016 under a $50,000 bond.
