$1000 Reward Offered in Recent Armed Robbery Investigations, More Surveillance Images Released

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – Detectives continue to investigate two armed robberies that occurred, and a $1,000.00 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s).

The first incident occurred on Sunday, March 19, 2017 when an adult woman’s purse was stolen from her by an armed teen in the parking lot of Publix, located at 665 S. Mt. Juliet Road. Following the robbery, the suspect got into a 2008-2016 year model maroon Chrysler Town & Country minivan.

The second incident occurred on Monday, March 20, 2017 when a pizza delivery driver was robbed by an armed teen while making a delivery in the 2700 block of Leesa Ann Lane. Following the robbery, the suspect got into a early-to-mid 2000 year model black Volvo SUV.

Detectives do believe both incidents are connected to area robberies being committed by armed teenagers approaching individuals in public. In both incidents, the suspects were described as thin, black male teenagers, wearing hooded sweatshirts with the hood pulled up. In all incidents, the suspects were armed.
