Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – Mt. Juliet Police is currently on-scene of a barricaded person situation on Chatsworth Drive near the Hickory Hills neighborhood.
Around 8:00 p.m. this evening, an officer attempted to stop a man, known to have an active warrant for his arrest, when he came outside of the home. The man did not stop for the officer, ran into the home, and barricaded himself inside.
Adjacent neighbors are aware of the situation as a safety precaution.
Chatsworth Drive is currently closed while the situation is on-going. Officers are directing traffic around the incident. This incident is not related to any of the recent incidents in Hickory Hills.
