Investigators Looking to Identify Suspects Using Cloned Credit Card

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – Investigators are hoping the public can identify two men who used a victim’s credit card information on a cloned card to make a fraudulent purchase, spending more than $500.00. The victim noticed the charges on her account on January 29, 2016 after the suspects made their purchase at Lowes, located at 300 Pleasant Grove Road, on January 24, 2016.

At the time of the fraudulent transaction, the card owner still possessed the actual credit card. However, at some point, the card was skimmed or duplicated on a fraudulent card.

Two men were captured on surveillance video using the fraudulent card when they purchased a drill and several gift cards. Investigators are hoping someone in the community will recognize the suspects.
