Suspect Uses Someone’s Lost Credit Card to Purchase Prepaid Cards

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – Detectives are working to identify a suspect who picked up a lost credit card in a parking lot and began to make fraudulent purchases. On Friday, November 11, 2016, the victim noticed fraudulent activity on their credit card statements, and it became apparent to the victim that someone was using the lost credit card. The suspect used the credit card at Walgreens, located on Tulip Grove Road, in Hermitage to purchase VISA prepaid cards.

Investigators tracked when the credit card was used and were able to obtain surveillance video of the suspect using the card. The suspect appears to be a middle-aged white female. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a black or dark blue Adidas jacket, light-colored or gray pants, blonde hair in a bun, and a Dallas Cowboys ball cap.
