Last month, on August 10, a great music festival took place at Mt. Juliet’s Charlie Daniels Park to raise funds for 13-year-old Bishop Mikaelin, who is fighting cancer. Reserve Police Officer “Pops” Martin, who was volunteering his time to give a police presence at the event, came across Bishop herself.
