Identity of Grocery Store Burglars Sought by Investigators

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. – During the early morning hours of Friday, March 7, two men burglarized the Save-A-Lot grocery store on Lebanon Road. They forced their way through the front door with a steel pry bar. Once they made entry, the two went to the rear of the store and forced their way out the back door. The burglars did not take anything, but their entry and exit caused a significant amount of damage. It appears that they became startled, so they fled without stealing.

Save-A-Lot’s surveillance system captured the unknown men entering and leaving the store. The first suspect appears to be a young white male who was wearing a gray hooded-sweatshirt, camouflage jacket, blue jeans, and work boots. The second suspect appears to be an older white male who was wearing a maroon hooded-jacket, light-colored ball-cap and blue jeans. Investigators hope someone in the community will recognize these individuals from the surveillance video so they can be apprehended.
